5 years of developing their loyalty program resulting in 4 films; celebrating Viasat’s customers birthday in a personal way.

Mission:

The enitire broadcast industry had a high percentage of dissatisfied customers in 2011. Viasat wanted to be first to make the costumers feel appreciated and seen.

Insight:

The customers need to take the front stage without selling them anything. That was our starting poin

Solution:

We developed a loyalty concept called "Viasat Ger Tillbaka" (Viasat Gives Back).

Executions:

Since 2012 we have produced one film each year where we celebrate our customers birthday in a personal way.
