It's not your home anymore
Why is it that ads from real estate agents almost always show one of their agents smiling and saying “We’ll get you the best price”? The thing is, on the Stockholm housing market, where prices are escalating steadily, it’s very hard to tell who’s going to get you the best price. Or, to put it in other words: When the prospective buyers are standing in line to buy your home, it doesn’t take much effort from the real estate broker to get a good price. And if you’ve ever sold your home, you know that there’s not only money involved, but paper work, home staging, marketing, bank contacts and trust. Not to mention a lot of feelings too. (Hey, you’re actually leaving your beloved home, for God’s sake.) Which is what we focused on in this outdoor campaign for Svenska Mäklarhuset.
